Every event needs restrooms and almost nobody wants to spend their planning time on them. So here is the short version: what we rent, how to tell which one you need, and what we handle so you do not have to.

What We Rent for Events

Three categories cover almost every event, and most events use more than one.

• Standard porta potties. The simplest units we rent, and the ones that give you the most capacity for the money. Right for staff and vendor areas, overflow, and casual outdoor events.
• Flushing porta potties. A rinsing bowl and an onboard sink. The middle option when guest comfort matters but a trailer is more than the event needs.
• Restroom trailers. Private stalls, running water, mirrors and climate control, from two stalls up to ten. For weddings, corporate events and anywhere the restroom reflects on the host.

Hand washing stations pair with any of them, and are generally expected wherever food is served.

Choosing the Mix

Mixing types is normal and it is usually the cheaper answer. Trailers or flushing units in the guest areas, standard units for staff and peak overflow, gets you the guest experience without paying for it across every unit on site.

The count starts from headcount and hours, then adjusts upward for alcohol service, food service, and events where guests stay put rather than circulating. Our planning guide walks through it.

What Is Included

Delivery, setup and removal come with every rental. We deliver ahead of your event, place the units where you want them, and collect them afterward. Units arrive clean and fully stocked. For longer events, servicing is scheduled around your program rather than through the middle of it.

Before You Book

• Confirm the placement surface. Level, stable ground with clear vehicle access is what units need.
• Check venue and permit requirements early, since restroom counts are sometimes part of the application.
• Plan lighting if your event runs after dark, because unlit restrooms stop getting used.
• Include at least one wheelchair accessible unit on a firm, level route.
• Book as soon as your date is set. Peak season weekends and restroom trailers go first.
