Porta Potty With Built-In Sink Rental
A standard-size unit with a foot-pump sink inside, so hand washing happens in the unit and nobody has to find a separate station.
Foot-pump sink with 15-gallon tank · Same footprint as a standard unit · Soap and paper towels included
Do porta potties have sinks?
Standard porta potties don’t. This deluxe unit does: a foot-pump sink with its own 15-gallon fresh water tank, inside a unit the same size as a standard porta potty. Choose it wherever hygiene is visible to the people using it: food service, film crews, weddings, and job sites where the client walks through.
| Choose | If |
|---|---|
| Standard porta potty | Nobody needs a sink in the unit, or you’ll add a separate hand washing station |
| Flushable porta potty | You want a flushing toilet as well as a sink |
| Wheelchair-accessible unit | Anyone using the site needs access. The sink unit isn’t ADA accessible |

Exact models and features vary by location. On a busy site, the 15-gallon fresh water tank can run low before the waste tank fills, so tell us your expected traffic and we’ll set the service schedule from it.
How many porta potties with sinks do you need?
For events, start with one unit per 50 to 70 guests. Event length and whether you’re serving alcohol both push that number up. On a construction site, OSHA’s rules and crew size set the requirement; see our OSHA restroom requirements. For more event types, see our guide to how many porta potties you need.
- Outdoor events and weddings, where guests notice whether they can wash their hands.
- Food service and festivals, where handwashing is often a permit condition.
- Construction and agricultural sites, especially longer placements where crews are on site daily.
- Film and TV locations, where the footprint matters and a trailer isn’t always practical.

Porta potty with sink FAQs
How is a portable restroom with a sink different from a standard porta potty?
It has a foot-pump sink with its own fresh water supply. The exterior dimensions are the same, so it takes no more space on site.
Does the toilet flush?
No. If you want a flush as well as a sink, look at the flushable porta potty.
How often does it need servicing?
It depends on traffic. The sink’s 15-gallon fresh water tank usually runs low first, so tell us expected traffic and we’ll set the schedule.
How many do I need for my event?
Start with one per 50 to 70 guests. Event length and alcohol both push the number up.
Is it ADA accessible?
No. Accessible units are a separate product, and public events should plan for them from the start.
What does it cost?
It depends on the number of units, rental length and location. Send your dates and site address for a firm quote.
