Does the portable toilet come with supplies?
Yes! All portable restrooms are delivered fully stocked, sanitized, and immediately ready for use.
Does the sink require external power?
No. Our portable units are completely self-contained. The sink and flushing systems do not require an external power source.
How often should I schedule service for my rental unit?
For optimal use, we recommend a ratio of one (1) standard portable toilet per ten (10) employees for a normal 40-hour work week. Each unit is designed to handle approximately 120–150 uses between scheduled weekly services.
What is the size of the standard portable restroom unit?
Our standard portable toilet units measure approximately 4 feet x 4 feet x 7.5 feet tall. This size is standard for easy placement at construction sites and outdoor events.
Does someone need to be present for delivery?
We prefer to have someone on site to confirm the placement location. If no one can be present, please clearly mark the desired spot with an “X,” a cone, or another visible marker.
Can I lock the unit or place it behind a locked gate?
Yes, but we require access to ensure uninterrupted weekly service. Please provide us with a gate code or combination. We prefer combinations so our service technicians are not responsible for keys.
When will my portable restroom unit be serviced?
Upon initial delivery, your location will be added to an existing weekly service route. Service will routinely occur every seven (7) days on the same day of the week.
Can the service driver arrive at a specific time each week?
Our standard pricing is based on fitting your service into our most efficient weekly route. Custom service times can be accommodated, but a monthly charge will apply to cover the necessary rerouting and schedule changes.
