How Much Does a Porta Potty Rental Cost in San Antonio?

Most San Antonio customers pay between $150 and $325 for a standard porta potty over a weekend. Typical San Antonio prices by unit:

Monthly construction rentals, ADA-accessible units and hand wash stations are priced by site and rental length. Request a quote and we will send the exact figure.

Five things change your price:

• Number and type of units. A flushable unit or trailer costs more than a standard unit.
• Delivery location. Sites farther from central San Antonio can cost more to reach.
• Rental length. The daily cost drops on weekly and monthly rentals.
• Servicing. Extra cleanings during a multi-day event or in peak summer heat add to the total.
• Timing. Fiesta in the spring, rodeo season and popular wedding weekends book up early.

Who We Rent To in San Antonio

Construction and Long-Term Job Sites

Residential and commercial growth across the north side, from Stone Oak out toward Schertz and New Braunfels, keeps crews on site for months. We supply OSHA-compliant units with weekly servicing, hand wash stations and extra cleanings when the heat calls for it. Read more about construction porta potty rentals and OSHA sanitation requirements.

Fiesta, Festivals and Public Events

We supply events during Fiesta San Antonio and rodeo season, cultural festivals near the River Walk, and game-day gatherings. For public events we plan the mix of standard units, ADA units and hand wash stations around your expected crowd, event hours and whether alcohol is served. See festival restroom rentals.

Weddings and Private Parties

For ranch and Hill Country weddings around Boerne and New Braunfels, a restroom trailer keeps guests cool and comfortable where the venue has few permanent restrooms. For a backyard party or quinceañera, one or two flushable units usually do the job. See wedding restroom rentals.

Emergency and Temporary Facilities

When a water main breaks, a building’s restrooms are closed for repairs, or severe weather disrupts service, portable restrooms keep a site open. We supply units for outages, renovations and disaster response. See emergency toilet rentals.

Planning a Portable Restroom Rental in San Antonio

Summer Heat

San Antonio summers are long and hot. For multi-day events and job sites between May and September, we recommend more frequent servicing than the standard weekly visit, shaded placement where the site allows, and hand wash stations to keep guests and crews clean. For any event where guests dress up, an air-conditioned restroom trailer is worth the upgrade.

Sudden Storms

Heavy rain can arrive quickly in South Central Texas, and low-lying ground and creek beds can flood fast. We place units on firm, level ground, away from low spots that collect water. If severe weather is in the forecast before or during your rental, call us and we will work out the best plan for your units.

Permits and Placement

Units on private property, such as a driveway, yard or fenced job site, generally do not need a permit. If your unit will sit on a public street, sidewalk or park, or if you are running a public event, check with the City of San Antonio first. Many HOAs also set rules on where a unit can sit and for how long, so check with yours before delivery.

Site Access

Our delivery truck needs a clear, firm path to the drop spot, and units must stay reachable for the service truck during the rental. For tight downtown lots, gated communities and rural properties with long or unpaved drives, tell us about access when you request your quote.
