ADA restroom trailers with a ramp
The ADA+2 UltraLav is the accessible version of a luxury restroom trailer: an accessible stall plus two standard stalls in one unit, so guests are not sent to a separate restroom at the far end of the site. It measures 23 ft long x 12 ft wide x 11 ft high with a 360-gallon waste tank, and its 36-inch entry door, interior turning radius and exterior landing all exceed ADA requirements, and the sink, faucet and toilet are ADA compliant. Grab bars are stainless steel, the ramp has stainless railings, and the trailer has climate control, flushing toilets and running-water sinks throughout.

How many accessible units do you need?
Your venue rules and your event permit set the minimum, and that is the number that matters. Public events and permitted venues often set their own requirement, so check the permit conditions before you order.
Where nothing specifies a count, the guideline we work to is one wheelchair-accessible unit for every 20 standard portable restrooms, and at least one at any event open to the public. Where to place an accessible portable bathroom
Placement matters as much as count. An accessible unit on soft ground, at the far end of a site, or up a slope is not accessible in practice.
- Firm, level ground on the main path, not tucked at the back with the rest of the bank.
- A clear, hard-surfaced route from parking or seating, free of gravel, loose grass and cables.
- Light the route for evening events, and add signs that point to it.
