What the Site Has to Supply

Water is usually supplied by garden hose from an outdoor spigot, so what matters is not just whether the venue has water but how far the spigot sits from where the trailer will stand. Power runs the climate control on both sides, the lighting and the water system, and climate control is the heaviest draw, particularly in summer.

Ground conditions matter as much as hookups. A trailer this size needs firm, reasonably level ground to sit on and room to be maneuvered into position. Grass that has taken a week of rain is a delivery problem worth flagging before the truck arrives, not after.

Site Readiness Checklist

Run through this with your venue before you book, because every item on it has stopped a delivery at some point.

• An outdoor water spigot, and the distance from it to where the trailer will stand
• A dedicated power supply that is not already carrying the catering or the lighting
• Firm, level ground at the standing position
• An approach wide enough for a 30 foot trailer, including the turn in
• Overhead clearance on the approach, branches and cabling included
• Somewhere the service truck can also reach if the booking runs more than a day

Are the two halves the same size?

The trailer is divided into men’s and women’s sections with ten stalls in total, and the men’s side includes a urinal in addition to its stalls. Ask us for the floor plan if you need the exact split for your seating or site plan.

Does it need water and power on site?

It is built to run from site water and power. Where neither is available the tanks can be filled beforehand and a generator can carry the electrical load, but a continuous water supply is strongly recommended at this size.

How far can the water source be?

Water is normally run by hose from an outdoor spigot, so distance is the practical limit rather than a fixed number. Tell us where the spigot is in relation to where the trailer will stand and we will confirm whether it works.

Can it be delivered onto grass?
