The 10-Stall UltraLAV carries ten stalls, which puts it at the top of our restroom only range. It is the unit to ask about when a queue is the thing you are trying to avoid: festivals, large weddings, company events, and anywhere several hundred people arrive at once and expect a restroom that does not feel like a compromise.

How Many Stalls a Crowd Actually Needs

Guest count on its own is a poor guide. The number that matters is how many people need a restroom in the same fifteen minutes, and that is driven by three things.

Duration. The industry planning baseline works in four hour blocks, using roughly one restroom per fifty to one hundred guests for every four hours of event time. A four hour reception and a ten hour festival with the same headcount are not the same job.

Alcohol and food service. Both raise usage sharply. The common adjustment is to add fifteen to twenty percent to the calculated total when alcohol is served, and heavy food and beverage traffic pushes it the same direction.

Traffic pattern. This is the one people miss. A 5K finish or a concert intermission sends nearly everyone to the restroom at the same moment. An art fair or an open house spreads the same attendance across hours. Two events with identical headcounts can need very different provision, and the difference is entirely about when people move.

Ten stalls in one trailer serves a different purpose than ten stalls spread across a site. Concentrated capacity handles a surge well and suits a venue with one main gathering area. Distributed capacity suits a spread out site where walking distance is the constraint. Tell us the layout and we will tell you which shape fits, or work through how many units you need first.

Placement

Position the trailer where people already move, near entrances, exits and main gathering points, with the approach clear of obstructions. Trailers this size need room to be delivered, maneuvered and leveled, so check access before you book. If the route in involves a tight turn, soft ground or a low branch, tell us in advance rather than on delivery day.

The Other 10-Stall Trailer We Rent

We rent two trailers at this size and they are not the same unit. The 10-Stall Satellite Suites is split into separate men’s and women’s halves, each with its own entry door and its own climate control, and it includes a urinal on the men’s side. It requires local water and electrical hookups.

If you want the split layout and your site can supply water and power, that is the one to look at. If you are not sure, send us the guest count, the run time and what the site can supply, and we will tell you which to book rather than leaving you to guess. A step down in size, the 8-Stall Satellite Suites uses the same split layout.

How many guests will ten stalls cover?

It depends on how long the event runs, whether alcohol is served and how the crowd moves. The industry baseline is one restroom per fifty to one hundred guests per four hours, then fifteen to twenty percent more where alcohol is served throughout. What is the difference between this and the 10-Stall Satellite Suites?

The Satellite Suites splits into two halves with their own doors and their own climate control, carries a urinal on the men’s side, and needs water and power from the site. Both trailers have ten stalls.

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes. Delivery, placement and pickup are arranged as part of the rental. Tell us about site access when you request a quote, because a trailer this size needs room to maneuver and firm, level ground to sit on.

Should I add handwashing stations as well?

The trailer has sinks with running water on board. Standalone hand washing stations are worth adding at food heavy events and anywhere you are also running standard porta potties, since those do not include the same facilities.
